This is the 4.25" round kumihimo disk. There is a great deal of difference in quality between this one and the Hanamaka kid sized disk. This one will work well for a time. Certainly 2 or 3 projects. For many kids that is about as long as they are interested in braiding. It is much softer foam and will begin to crumble after repeated hard use.
