Classes

After repeated requests I've decided to open my studio to the public for classes.  What does this mean to you?  Small classes of 4-6, individualized to make sure you are successful.  Teaching on both the disk and the marudai.  Classes are $125.00.  Lunch, beverages and snacks included.  For out of town guests a Holiday Inn Express is less than a mile from the studio with exceptional restaurants next door.

For the Kumihimo Disk:
   Beginners Special - Basic Round Braid in the morning.  Braiding with beads in the afternoon.  Saturday, August 14, 2010. 
   Braiding Over a Core - 16 bobbin braid over a center stabilizer of tubing or wire. - All day class. Saturday, October 16, 2010.

For the Marudai: 
   Meet your Marudai:  Whether you have one and can't remember how to set it up - or - you want to try braiding on a braiding stool.  All day class.  Saturday, August 28, 2010.
  Thick and Thin:  Design and execute a necklace combining thick and thin elements.  Use real silk to design a one-of-a-kind braid.  All day class. Saturday, October 2, 2010.
