We ship most orders the next day.
Shipping transit time can vary depending on location and shipping option. When shipping USPS most orders are received within 2-5 days. When shipping UPS Ground it will always be at least 7 days. In most cases, USPS is cheaper and faster.

We are not responsible for any customs charges or duties incurred by sending a package to you. Rules on duties vary by country. We do not keep up on the laws as they constantly change.
Canadians: The following was given us as an explanation of customs duties:
A Brokerage fee is charged to process your shipment and present your
paperwork to customs on your behalf. All courier shipments with a
value exceeding $20 CAD require customs clearance by a broker. The
customs clearance procedure requires the broker to perform, on behalf
of the importer, a number of tasks. Tasks include, but are not
limited to, auditing import documentation, classification of the
commodity being imported, and preparation and transmission of
accounting information to Canada Customs. The UPS Customs Brokerage
published rate schedule is competitive with industry standards.
Please do not ask us to mark the package as a gift. What you are asking is for us to break the law. While we appreciate your business, we really don't want to go to jail for you.
Warranty
We guarantee everything. If it's not right we'll fix it. If you don't like it, we'll take it back. I want happy beaders and am willing to do what ever it takes to make sure you love my products.
However, after 30 days we believe the sale to be final. We'll still take back the merchandise if you send it, but we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be in the form of a company check.
