We try to ship promptly, generally the next business day. If there is going to be a delay, it will be printed at the top of your receipt. Customers choose their own shipping method and the rates are displayed before you finish paying. IF for some reason we cannot honor your choice of shipping, you will be contacted by phone or email and given your choice of alternates.
RETURN POLICY:
You are not stuck with any product you do not want or does not meet your expectations. Color is tough to judge on a computer screen. So if you end up with some product you do not want - send it back. You can get a full refund for any unopened product for 30 days after the date of purchase.
Waited too long? We will still refund your money, less a 15% restocking fee for up to 90 days after the date of purchase. After 90 days (and folks, that is almost THREE MONTHS!) you would get a full refund less 50% for restocking.
